Services Provided
Afterfx Studio specializes in Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Animation, Visual Effects (VFX), Post Production, and related creative services. Specific project details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a written proposal, quotation, or contract for each project.
Project Initiation
All projects require a formal agreement or acceptance of our proposal.
A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins.
Timelines are estimated and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, client delays, or scope changes.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all necessary materials (scripts, references, brand assets, footage, etc.) in the agreed format and within the agreed timeframe.
Feedback and approvals should be given promptly to avoid project delays.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for all materials provided.
Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, projects include a fixed number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Payments & Invoicing
Payment terms will be stated in the proposal or invoice.
Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of work.
All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
Intellectual Property
All preliminary materials, concepts, and working files remain the property of Afterfx Studio unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Final deliverables will be licensed or assigned to the client only upon full payment.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, showreel, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client projects and will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and quality, Afterfx Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables.
We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party software, platforms, or hosting services.
Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
In the event of cancellation, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any committed third-party costs.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law
